Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Cinara, Inc. ("Cinara," "we") for using the Cinara app and cinaratv.com. By creating an account or using Cinara, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Cinara.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use Cinara, and at least 18 to buy a membership or send a gift. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
- Use a real email you control. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings.
Membership
- Episodes 1–10 of every show are free. A Cinara membership unlocks every episode of every show, the night it premieres.
- Membership costs $14.99 a month plus any applicable tax, and is bought on cinaratv.com through Stripe, not through the App Store or Google Play.
- It renews automatically every month and charges the card on file until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Cancel anytime at cinaratv.com/account. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Part of every membership goes to the actors in the shows you watch, through the Cinara Share. This doesn't change your price.
Gifts
During live premieres, members 18 and older can buy gifts for a cast member or the whole cast. Gifts are paid through Stripe and aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or a payment was unauthorized. After card fees, 90% of each gift goes to the actor you choose.
What you post
- You own your comments, chat messages and photos. You give Cinara permission to show them in the app and on cinaratv.com while they're posted.
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, impersonation, spoilers for unreleased episodes, or anything illegal. Don't post other people's private information.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report comments and block people at any time.
Our shows
Cinara's shows, artwork, name and logo belong to Cinara and the people who made them. Your membership lets you stream them for personal, non-commercial viewing. Please don't copy, record, re-upload or share episodes outside Cinara.
The service
We work hard to keep Cinara running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and shows, schedules and features may change. Cinara is provided "as is," without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Cinara isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Ending things
You can stop using Cinara and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
